Subscription, Billing, and Customization

By subscribing to Stirjoy, you agree to receive a recurring monthly delivery of plant-based dehydrated meal kits. Each subscription box includes 6 meals (2 servings each), curated based on our current menu.

Billing

Your credit card will be charged automatically on your monthly anniversary date.
Subscription price is CAD $72/month (before applicable taxes and shipping).
Free shipping applies on orders of $75 or more.

Customization & Cancellation

You may customize your box before the monthly deadline (typically 3 days after your customization window opens).
Cancellations can be made at any time from your account dashboard.
You may pause your subscription for up to 6 months at a time.

Recurring Subscription

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel or pause it through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Stirjoy website and services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner.

Shipping & Returns

We ship across Canada. Delivery times vary by region.
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] for a resolution.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, recipes, and design — is the property of Stirjoy and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Stirjoy is not responsible for any adverse reactions to our products. Please review ingredient lists and allergen information carefully before consuming. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montréal, Québec.
