How a simple idea turned into a mission to make plant-based eating accessible, affordable, and absolutely delicious.

The Beginning
Between 2022 and 2025, life was crazy for Jonathan. He had founded his first company and was short on time, short on cash, but very well aware of his need for high quality nutrition to fuel his journey. He was disappointed to find that most options on the market were compromises on his needs: the healthy and convenient meal options were too expensive, and the affordable meals offered poor nutrition and no regard for sustainability.
Our Mission
While dehydrating meals for his camping trip, it clicked for him: dehydration was the answer to make nutritious and convenient meals more affordable, since it avoids food waste, and only requires a bit of water and heat to be prepared. We're not talking about instant ramen here, but real nutritious meals made from wholefood ingredients, upcycled vegetables, and organic plant-based protein.
Looking Forward
He joined forces with up-and-coming food professionals who had the same desire to make good nutrition more affordable for humans and the planet. So while you're living your own adventure, our small group is busy creating meals to feed your journey.
