How do I prepare the meals?

Are dehydrated meals nutritious?

Usually not right? Well that's why we launched Stirjoy. We work with chefs and nutritionists to make sure all our meals contain loads of plant-based protein, vegetables, and grains while remaining conscious of sodium and sugar. Dehydration is simply the removal of water, and so most of the nutritional value of ingredients is preserved.

Why are Stirjoy meal kits so much cheaper than traditional meal kits?

From the beginning, we wanted to make healthy nutrition less costly for the planet and for humans. That's why we approached meal kits from a whole new angle by using dehydration to both reduce food waste and save money along the way. Since our meals are shelf-stable, our logistics are a lot simpler and require less packaging than fresh or frozen alternatives while also avoiding a lot of waste along the way. Also, our use of plant-based ingredients helps us deliver healthy nutrition at an affordable price.

How does the Stirjoy subscription work?

It's simple: every month, we prepare a new menu of meal kits that you can customize to your liking online. You have until midnight on your order date to customize or skip an order (if you sign up on the 14th of the month, your order date is the 14th of the next month). We'll notify you a few days before each delivery, so don't worry about forgetting!

Can I skip a month?

Are there delivery fees?

If your order is above 75$, there are no delivery fees in Canada. For orders less than 75$, a delivery fee of 5.99$ will be charged.

Can I cancel my Stirjoy subscription?
